Women are generally at a perceived disadvantage when it comes to defending themselves. Size & strength matter, whether you like it or not. But that doesn’t mean you can’t learn to harness the power that you already possess! Our WOMEN’S ONLY self-defense seminars teach participants how to use their voice and situational awareness to their advantage, to try and avoid conflict altogether. If you MUST fight, that’s where Krav Maga training kicks in (literally)!
Krav Maga’s principles will teach you how, when, & where to strike to quickly disable your attacker(s) so that you can get away. We will also teach you how to function under extreme stress & discomfort, so that you know what to expect in the event of a real-life violent encounter.
We also understand that because of traumatic experiences in some participant’s past, this type of training can be difficult and extremely emotional. We take this into account, and will make sure that each student is comfortable with each drill & exercise.
