Here’s who we are, and what we do!

Class Descriptions:

Krav Maga Level 1: Start with this class to begin your journey with Krav Maga! This class is open to everyone, regardless of experience levels. Even if you’ve never taken a class before or worked out before, you’ll be at home in Level 1. We build up all techniques and drills from the ground up, so you’ll feel comfortable that you’re not being overwhelmed. We go at a moderately intense workout pace, so that you can get in shape, while also learning self-defense! You’ll learn the complete foundation of Krav Maga with our Level 1 curriculum. We go over all the combatives, like punches, palm strikes, elbows, hammer fists, kicks, knees, ground movement, and defenses against common chokes and grabs. We put all of these techniques into drills to reinforce what you’ve learned. This is our most popular class, and the bulk of what you’ll need to get in amazing shape and learn practical self-defense!

Krav Maga Level 2This class is for Intermediate students who have already passed their Krav Maga Level 1 test with us or with Krav Maga Worldwide. The techniques and drills covered are the Level 1 techniques at a more advanced pace, as well as the introduction of the complete Level 2 curriculum.

Krav Maga Level 1/2This class is a combination of Level 1 and Level 2. It is open to ALL students, regardless of experience level. Each class will be tailored to the students in that class, so that the most people benefit in their learning. If you have zero experience, you’re still good to come to this class.

Nomad Fitness – Kickboxing Conditioning: Get an amazing workout, while having a great time hitting the bag with this class! Get ready for our our most INTENSE workout class, designed exclusively to get you in the best shape of your life! It’s open to all fitness and experience levels. We combine several of the most intense styles of body conditioning into one calorie-burning class – Kickboxing, Plyometrics, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Ab & Core Circuits, Body Weight Exercises, Resistance Movement, and much more – to give you the best workout of your life! This class is intense, but everything can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. All we ask is that you give YOUR 100% in every class (everyone’s 100% is different), and you will see results!

Intro to Sparring / Krav FightThis class requires full sparring gear, and at least 20 Level 1 classes completed. We go over sparring drills where you’ll learn how to strike effectively and combine defenses seamlessly. We teach you to be well-rounded, including stand-up and ground-work. This is where the theory and drills taught in the Krav Maga classes are tested against a resisting partner. But don’t worry, we go at a controlled pace in all classes. You won’t have to worry about getting knocked out or punched in the face as hard as your partner can punch. Everything in this class is at a controlled pace, so come in, learn, and have fun!

WeaponsThis class is only open to approved students. In this class we go over and learn how to defend against common weapon attacks and threats. You’ll learn how to defend against attackers armed with handguns and rifles, knives, sticks, baseball bats, and other common modern weapons.
