Principles of Krav Maga:
- Counter-attack as soon as possible or simultaneously (or preemptively strike)
- Target the body’s vulnerable areas, such as: groin, eyes, throat, face, solar plexus, knees, and small joints
- Aggressive counter actions that overwhelm the attacker to neutralize the threat quickly
- Maintain awareness of surroundings, including: signs of imminent violence, multiple attackers, and escape routes
