Our program will get you in AMAZING shape, while having fun learning a new skill! Our Nomad Fitness – Kickboxing Conditioning classes are designed to get you in the best shape of your life. We combine several of the most intense styles of functional fitness into one calorie-burning class – Kickboxing, Plyometrics, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Sand Bags and Medicine Balls, Battle Ropes, Ab & Core Circuits, Body Weight Exercises, Resistance Movement, and much more – to give you the best workout of your life! This class is intense, but everything can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. All we ask is that you give YOUR 100% in every class (everyone’s 100% is different), and you will see results!
In fact, most of our members originally came here wanting to get in shape – then they fell in love with Krav Maga! Krav Maga is designed to teach you to defend yourself. In order to do that effectively, we have to train hard. We have to train realistically. If you’re in terrible shape, your odds of survival are low. To drastically increase your odds to survive in a violent encounter, not only do we teach the techniques and mindset you’ll need; we turn you into a machine! If you’re not already in great shape…don’t worry. We have members ranging from 14 years old, all the way up to nearing 70 years young! We have members who run marathons, but some of our members have never been athletic in their life. It doesn’t matter. Just work hard and come in to class! Let’s get at it – and start working towards a stronger you – together!
